Tarun’s facilitation and executive coaching are focussed on enabling performance shifts. A high energy and impactful facilitator, his style inspires participants to take ownership and act on their commitments. He has partnered with 75+ organisations and represents Korn Ferry for engagements in India and overseas. He has volunteered his time towards conflict resolution outside the corporate environment.

Prior to his L&OD work, he spent over a decade with MNC’s in the realm of driving sales, channel and people management.
Tarun is certified on E Coaching, MBTI, LSIP, Assessment Centre and is a practitioner of FIRO-B and the Human Element- USA. He graduated in Economics from Hansraj College, Delhi and completed his MBA from IMT-Ghaziabad.
PRIYA CHOPRA

Priya’s core competence spans Strategic HR consulting, organization diagnoses and climate surveys, leadership immersion and breakthrough programmes, assertive communication, executive coaching and facilitation and mentoring.
Over the years she has specialized in a variety of psychometric tools and holds licences for the most researched instruments available (EUM, MBTI, FIRO-B, CPI, Disc). She has led projects for team synergy, leadership development, executive coaching as well as recruiting senior management. She represents KornFerry for multiple engagements in India.
Prior to her 16+ years of L&OD work, Priya has been a founding member of an online education start-up.
She is University Gold medallist with an MSc in Microbiology.
Priya has been an advisor to and currently heads Group HR at the Edelweiss Group
